Hello there, WOW what a fantastic company this is! We called on the Friday as we were let down last minute with our castle, GL castle kings were so helpful they check availability and were able to supply us the same castle at the same time for the Sunday! Couldn't recommend enough. Firstly, booking what we wanted online was so easy. Pick up and drop off was prompt, within the times they stated. The gentleman who set up and picked up was so lovely and explained, in detail, how to use the hot tub and said they would be available over the weekend if we had issues. We didn't need to call as the hot tub worked perfectly.
Price was great, we had our monies worth for sure!
We will definitely use this company again.

Was very positive experience from start to finish set up and advice both via text and in person was informative and helpful. Sometimes the rules and regulations can be unnerving when hiring equipment but this definitely wasn’t the case with yourselves. Lastly the hot tub , screen, lights and Bluetooth made an amazing for my granddaughter’s birthday which she celebrated with her cousins.

Took care when coming through the house and kept within timescale of drop off, would love to have been able to have the hire for longer than the slot of 7 hours but appreciate have to collect within the set times of the day. I booked the tub nearly a year before I needed it and they turned up on the date agreed without problem. Very fast and efficient set up and the only thing they asked us to do was add chemicals and pull the drain plug when we had finished. Sent us delivery and collection time slots via text, already booked for next year and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Had one issue the product i ordered was ment to be new in stock but gl was let down by there supplier so wasn’t available, but they phoned me as soon as they found out to tell me that the one i picked would sadly be unavailable but they were quick to resolve the issue and were able to supply me with one of a different colour, the delivery lads were fantastic they were on time and got everything set up quickly and checked everything over to ensure there were no issues, got a phone call before the collection time to make me aware that they were running behind with collections so would be a little later than told, which was not a problem at all, all the kids loved the castle, i would highly recommend using this company and i will personally be using them again without a doubt, thank you for making my daughters christening a magical and memorable day for all the kids and slightly bigger kids lol

Hired the Disco bouncy castle from these guys for our street party for the Queens 90th birthday party. To start off with we received an incredible price, the castle it's self was amazing, super clean and well equipped with safety matting for the children. All of the children loved it from the minute it went up to the minute it was collected. Without it we would of had a huge job on our hands to keep them occupied as the weather was awful which this castle comes with a complete rain cover. Professional uniformed staff arrived with a friendly appearance who couldn't do enough to help you out with any queries you have and they also make sure you are fully briefed on there equipment before they leave. I wouldn't use anyone else after using GL Castle Kings, I would without any doubt recommend them for your birthday parties, weddings, fun days and corporate events.
